Real work from day-to-day operations and hands-on experience
My core work is planning daily delivery routes for a team of 20–40 vehicles. Every day I plan routes, distribute orders to drivers, organize the warehouse, solve customer problems, and work with TMS systems to optimize time and costs. This job taught me how to organize, plan, and solve problems under pressure.
I create videos about logistics, explaining Disposition, work diaries, experiences from life in Germany, practical ideas and simple solutions. All content is from real experience – not book advice. My goal is to share knowledge and help people on the same journey.
I design simple and professional websites – landing pages, contact forms, image galleries, simple branding. The idea: a clean, fast website that delivers the message without complexity. You don't need complex programming to create a powerful and impactful site.
Organizing daily tasks, tracking performance, arranging workflows, and reducing errors. The goal: building an organized work system that makes things easier for everyone and improves productivity and quality.
